What is innovation?
Innovation is the process of creating capabilities that make the impossible a reality. When first introduced, an innovation may seem miraculous, but then becomes commonplace as the innovation gets widely adopted.
Most times, a team’s innovation success is hit or miss. A team may not be sure what magic happened when an innovation hit, and might have many reasons why an innovation missed. Teamovate distills essential distinctions and practices that make innovation a repeatable, teachable process for a wide range of teams.
